Show the homes properly
Full galleries per completed build, inside and out, with floor plans where you have them. People are picturing themselves living in it, and a handful of small photos will not do that job.
Spell out the designs and inclusions
What comes standard, what is an upgrade, what the different ranges actually get you. Vagueness here reads as something to hide, and it is the detail people compare hardest between builders.
Be straight about what it costs
Nobody expects a fixed price on a custom build, but a starting point per design saves everyone time. It stops the enquiries from people fifty grand short, and it earns trust from the ones who can afford you.
Answer the questions asked a year out

We work out what the site needs to say, and in what order, before anyone designs a thing.
We plan out the pages you need, the question each one has to answer, and the path from someone landing on your site to picking up the phone. Get that right and the design has an easy job.

Design and development
We design and build your homepage first, so you see the real thing rather than a picture of it.
You get a working homepage on a private link, not a flat mockup. Click through it, scroll it, open it on your phone, show it to whoever you trust for an honest opinion. It is far easier to give useful feedback on something real.
Once you are happy with the look and the feel, we build out the rest of the site to match it.

Optimisation and testing
We make it quick, check it everywhere, and change anything that is not right.
Most of your customers will meet you on a phone, often on patchy regional reception, so we cut the load time down until the site opens straight away. Then every page gets checked across phones, tablets and desktop.
This is also your round of changes. Reword a section, swap a photo, add the service you forgot about. Nothing goes live until you have signed off on it.
