Put the membership price on the page
Hiding pricing behind an enquiry form is the fastest way to lose someone comparing three gyms. Rates, what is included and whether there is a lock-in, stated plainly, because that is the first thing anyone wants to know.
Let them join at eleven at night
That is when people decide, and it is nowhere near staffed hours. Sign-up runs through the site and into the system you already use, so the membership starts then and there rather than waiting on a call back.
A page for every way to train
Reformer pilates, boxing, the weights floor, group classes, personal training, sauna and recovery. Each gets its own page, because someone searching for a pilates class is not the same person as someone chasing 24 hour gym access.
A timetable people can trust
A class schedule that is three weeks out of date costs you more than not having one. Yours is simple to update, readable on a phone, and clear about which classes are booked and which you can just turn up to.
Show the actual gym
Real photos of your floor, your equipment and your members, not stock images of a chrome gym in another country. Walking in for the first time is intimidating, and seeing the room beforehand is what settles it.

Design and development
We design and build your homepage first, so you see the real thing rather than a picture of it.
You get a working homepage on a private link, not a flat mockup. Click through it, scroll it, open it on your phone, show it to whoever you trust for an honest opinion. It is far easier to give useful feedback on something real.
Once you are happy with the look and the feel, we build out the rest of the site to match it.

Optimisation and testing
We make it quick, check it everywhere, and change anything that is not right.
Most of your customers will meet you on a phone, often on patchy regional reception, so we cut the load time down until the site opens straight away. Then every page gets checked across phones, tablets and desktop.
This is also your round of changes. Reword a section, swap a photo, add the service you forgot about. Nothing goes live until you have signed off on it.
